With a rich mouthfeel ad an uber yummy flavor, the Blue Moon 'Grand Cru' bottling is a great beer for that special time in your busy week.
I opened a bottle on a Wednesday night and relaxed in front of the TV sipping on my Grand Cru.
The thick and creamy beer has a delicious flavor of citrus and spice and I always make sure that towards the bottom of the bottle, I give it a few spins to pick up all that yummy yeast at the bottom of the bottle (I am pretty sure the beer is bottle fermented, hence the presence of these yeasts).
