These pictures were taken on Beverly Boulevard near BLD.
I think this place was an old car mechanic shop - what a perfect place for a cool outdoor eatery (except for the residential neighbors...)
Interesting how its stayed vacant for so long. I'm sure someone is holding on to it for that right moment $$$$.
