Here is a directional arrow found atop an Israeli volcano a few meters from the Syrian border.

A very intense place with a heavy military presence. Word is that Syria is building a large force near the Israeli border.

Leaving to Israel

Limor and I are in Newark now, waiting for our el al flight to tel-aviv.

Last night we crossed over nyc. I really miss the city. I hope to get over there once we are back from Israel.

Day 1 - Heading to NYC

Limor and I are at LAX right now. We are waiting to board our flight to LAG via Chicago Midway.

It seems like a nice day to fly. The airport is calm and the lines aren't crazy.

Tomorrow morning we will be departing Newark and heading directly to TLV.

This trip is huge for us. Original plans were to be away for the whole 90 days which we are able to extend our flight.

Reality struck and we will most likely be away for 60 days or so... I'm not complaining!!
