Al Vedel Videos

This is Chef Enrico trying to show how to make the famous Cicciolata from Al Vedel, a place I staged at in Italy.

Matteo is too busy goofing off though...

This video is of the Al Vedel crew making Anolini.  Anolini are very small filled ravioli like morsels.  They are cooked in a rich broth and served in an even richer broth - the perfect meal when not feeling to well.

Some new videos have been added to the Al Vedel site.  This is one of the greatest places to ever work at. 

The video above is of the gang joking around to some music while prepping for the dinner service.
