I'm trying to get back into the wine game.  I've been reading up in my "Exploring Wine" book from school.  Our wines class was quite extensive but the method in which we learn causes us to forget very quickly.  At least my book is all tabbed thanks to the help of Cassie!  Wow, that was five years ago...and yes, I aced the Wines Class!
