Some days I just feel like cooking normal, homie, easy food.

- Turkey Meat Balls seasoned with cumin and turmeric.
- Imported Italian Tomato with Ground Turkey and Fresh Basil
For the meat balls I just mixed the meat with some eggs, soda water and the seasonings. I rolled the balls and placed them on a bed of thinly sliced celery. Why? Because I had a bunch of celery I needed to use - that's why!
For the dish with tomato, I just added the ground turkey, seasoned with fennel seed, black pepper, peperoncino from Calabria and sea salt. I added some olive oil and then I just placed the tomato right on top of the turkey. I then just gave the pan a quick shake and placed it into the oven. A few minutes before it was ready, I place a drizzle of good olive oil on top with a handful of Basil.
